Portugal Gives Migrants And Asylum-Seekers Full Citizenship Rights To Help Them Through Pandemic Emergency

In order to ensure public healthcare services for the more fragile sections of its population, the Portugese government has decided to grant the same rights as residents to immigrants and asylum seekers with a pending residence permit, at least until July 1st.

Madagascar Plants 60 Million Trees For 60 Years Of Independence!

On the occasion of the 60th anniversary of Madagascar’s independence, on June 26, 2020, President Andry Rajoelina decided to plant 60 million trees in one year. The first step was taken on Sunday, January 19 –  the first anniversary of his inauguration –  when 1.2 million young plants were planted on 500 hectares in Ankazobe, in the region of Analamanga, on the highlands of the island.
