The Ratufa indica is a species of squirrel that lives in the region of Maharashtra, in central-western India. It is not uncommon to meet one of these particular squirrels at the Bhimashankar Wildlife Sanctuary, home to a few thousand specimens.

Bears kept stealing honey from his bee farm… so he turned them into honey tasters! (video)

We all know that bears love honey and would go to great lengths to be able to taste this delicacy, wherever it may be, even at the cost of “stealing” it. In Turkey, engineer Ibrahim Sedef lives and works as a beekeeper. His days were marred by the appearance of a group of bears that systematically destroyed the hives in order to feast on their honey. A park in the Netherlands immersed in darkness to better admire the stars: Dark Sky Park
